Responsibilities
- Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Lead the monthly and year-end close procedures, including variance analysis.
- Prepare complex financial statements and management reports for executive review.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate fixed asset registers.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- 3 to 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate setting.
- CPA or CMA certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
