Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and support external audits with required documentation.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and general ledger account reviews.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in budget forecasting activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve complex accounting discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions required).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CPA candidate is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
