Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly and quarterly financial close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop complex financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads to interpret financial data and support operational decision-making.
- Create and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reporting packages for executive leadership.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Experience with financial modeling tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
