Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and economic indicators to produce comprehensive reports and forecasts
- Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation of client projects
- Prepare detailed variance analyses highlighting performance deviations and strategic opportunities
- Present complex financial insights through clear visual dashboards and executive presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost reduction
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and industry best practices in all financial reporting
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and financial integration planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in Fresno or Central Valley
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Knowledge of California agricultural and manufacturing sector financial dynamics
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
