Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing of transactions
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Implement and improve financial controls and reporting procedures
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews and audits

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
