Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and journal entries during night shift hours
- Prepare and analyze month-end financial statements with precision
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for overnight processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones for seamless operations
- Conduct internal audits and financial reporting for morning executive review
- Utilize ERP systems for real-time financial data processing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proven proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with advanced functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Experience with month-end closing processes and reconciliations
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
