- Manage weekend financial close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial statements for executive review
- Coordinate with weekday accounting teams for smooth transition of financial data
- Monitor weekend accounts receivable/payable cycles and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in weekend audit preparations and compliance documentation
- Implement weekend-specific internal controls for financial systems
- Lead weekend financial reporting for department heads
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public accounting or corporate accounting experience
- Proven ability to work independently during weekend shifts
