Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance reporting to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce monthly/quarterly performance reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Present complex financial data to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (Excel, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
