Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and long-term forecasting.
- Prepare accurate, timely, and insightful monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize budget allocation and resource planning.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and compliance documentation.
- Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to provide competitive intelligence.
- Present financial data findings to non-financial stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively.
- Certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) is a strong plus.
