Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain financial performance and trends.
- Develop complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and resource management.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the preparation of external presentations and investor materials.
- Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
