Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis and interpret complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L analysis and balance sheet reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the development and management of the annual operating budget, monitoring departmental expenses against forecasts.
- Conduct scenario modeling and financial forecasting to support strategic planning and capital allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new projects, product launches, or operational changes.
- Streamline financial processes and recommend improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data integrity.
- Support internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations of financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- 2+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
