Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and ROI for new market expansions
- Analyze quarterly performance data against KPIs and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for 5+ departmental portfolios
- Conduct variance analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations for board meetings
- Collaborate with investment team on due diligence for M&A activities
- Automate financial reporting workflows using Power BI and Excel VBA
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Solver) and Power BI
- Strong SQL knowledge for database querying and data extraction
- Demonstrated experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to translate complex data to non-finance stakeholders
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation required
- Experience in financial services or consulting industry preferred
