Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and forecasts to support annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new business initiatives and projects.
- Streamline financial processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to provide strategic recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of audit materials and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
