Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and dashboards using Excel and BI tools.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor budget performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and long-term financial planning.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify financial trends and risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and budgeting methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.
