Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage full-cycle accounting including AP/AR, payroll processing, and month-end closes
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Develop and implement financial controls to optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead audit preparation and provide support during external reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
