Responsibilities
- Process weekly bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees across 15 states
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for time tracking and payroll reconciliation
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Prepare year-end W-2s and 1099s with regulatory compliance
- Train HR team on payroll policies and system updates
- Collaborate with auditors during annual payroll reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent HRIS proficiency required
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, and state-specific labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Experience with high-volume (500+) payroll processing
- CPP certification a significant plus
