Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for child support, taxes, and deductions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Prepare and file quarterly tax forms (941, 940, state unemployment)
- Manage new hire onboarding and payroll-related documentation
- Conduct payroll audits for internal controls and compliance
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and time-off tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep understanding of FLSA, CO state labor laws, and IRS regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of maintaining 100% payroll accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail with confidential data handling
- Experience with HRIS systems and timekeeping integrations
