Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee benefits enrollments
- Conduct quarterly and annual payroll reconciliations and audits
- Develop and implement payroll process improvements using Excel and Power BI
- Act as primary contact for payroll inquiries from HR and employees
- Coordinate year-end tax filings (W-2s, 1099s) and audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, ERISA, and DOL regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving skills with 100% audit accuracy
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer service abilities
