Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (PA, OH, WV)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end tax filings (W-2/1099)
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Implement payroll process improvements using SAP SuccessFactors
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconciliation activities
- Lead payroll system upgrades and process automation projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and PA payroll regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation preferred
- Experience with union contract payroll processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
