Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Review and audit invoices for accuracy and authorization.
- Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in general accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
