Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now system
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliation (W-2/1099)
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations (FLSA, FLSA, DOL)
- Develop payroll reports for executive team and auditors
- Lead system upgrades and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent SaaS platform expertise
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula knowledge (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP certification strongly preferred
- Experience with union contracts and prevailing wage calculations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
