We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Payroll Clerk to manage end-to-end payroll processing for our diverse client portfolio. Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with precision
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for leadership review
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconciliation processes
- Stay current on FLSA, FL wage laws, and IRS guidelines
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of GAAP and payroll compliance standards
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities with internal/external stakeholders
- CPP certification preferred
