Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and 401(k) deductions in compliance with federal/state regulations
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with auditors
- Support HR with new hire onboarding and payroll-related inquiries
- Implement process improvements using payroll analytics
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and Georgia state labor laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- CPP certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
