Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now system
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for KY and multi-state compliance
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding for accurate payroll setup
- Generate payroll reports for executive team and external audits
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, DOL, and IRS regulations
- Train junior payroll staff on system processes and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Expert knowledge of KY state and multi-state tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Strong problem-solving skills for payroll discrepancies
