Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations (Form 941, W-2)
- Resolve payroll discrepancies with 100% accuracy within SLAs
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping system integrations
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership
- Audit payroll data quarterly and maintain audit trails
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with ADP/Great Plains
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables)
- FPC or CPP certification preferred
- Knowledge of multi-state tax regulations (IL, WI, IN)
- Experience with garnishment processing (child support, wage attachments)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee data
