Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with precision
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records in compliance with GDPR
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of California labor laws and tax codes
- Expertise in Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation preferred
- Experience with garnishment processing and wage attachments
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
