Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and compliance documentation
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Support year-end tax form preparation (W-2, 1099)
- Train junior staff on payroll procedures and software
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll software
- Knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and OR state regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
