Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time and attendance systems with 99.9% accuracy
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance filings
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Support HR initiatives with payroll data analytics
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Train junior payroll staff on system processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software
- Knowledge of multi-state tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
- Proven ability to handle confidential data
- Experience with 401(k) and benefits administration
