Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for Florida state regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries with exceptional communication
- Generate payroll reports for management and external auditors
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll processes
- Maintain confidential payroll records with 100% audit compliance
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of FLSA and Florida payroll regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record of zero payroll audit findings
- Ability to manage competing deadlines with calm professionalism
