Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for executive team and auditors
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Oklahoma labor laws
- Manage new hire onboarding and terminations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Deep understanding of FICA, FUTA, and Oklahoma state tax codes
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Experience with garnishment processing and wage attachments
