Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Implement and maintain payroll system upgrades and process improvements
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding and benefits administration
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Stay updated on federal/state labor laws and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and state tax regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven analytical skills with attention to detail
- CPP or FPC certification highly valued
