Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws and FLSA regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and union reporting
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Support HR with new hire onboarding and payroll documentation
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and QuickBooks
- Knowledge of CA labor laws and wage-hour compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
