Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconcile GL accounts during night shift hours
- Process high-volume AP/AR transactions and bank reconciliations
- Analyze financial data for accuracy and regulatory compliance (GAAP/IFRS)
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with APAC/EU teams for cross-border transaction support
- Implement SOX controls and audit documentation
- Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CMA preferred
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency with VLOOKUP/PivotTables
- SAP/Oracle or equivalent ERP system expertise
- Proven night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Remote work experience required
