Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries for monthly and annual closings.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred but not required).
- 1-3 years of experience in general ledger accounting or bookkeeping.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage.
- Must be available to work the night shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) consistently.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
