Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with weekend-specific transaction processing
- Prepare and analyze weekly financial statements for client portfolios
- Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24-hour turnaround
- Process weekend payroll for 150+ employees using ADP systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audit preparation
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Excel for real-time financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
