Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for diverse client portfolios
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict adherence to deadlines
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis and financial modeling
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and compliance reviews
- Conduct internal audits to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS compliance standards
