Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank and general ledger reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process and verify high-volume journal entries, invoices, and payments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and tax documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and implement corrective financial procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
