Responsibilities
- Manage weekend-end month-end close processes including reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Handle accounts payable/receivable with precision and timeliness
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and year-end filings
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
- Collaborate with weekday accounting teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel (Advanced functions)
- Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in multi-client accounting environments
