Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes with precision and timeliness
- Prepare and analyze financial statements including balance sheets and P&L reports
- Conduct comprehensive account reconciliations for multi-entity portfolios
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations for high-volume transactions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel with macros
