Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries for the night cycle.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation.
- Generate and review financial reports for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and accurately during night shifts (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
