- Manage month-end closing procedures and financial reporting during night shifts
- Perform complex account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles with precision
- Prepare audit schedules and ensure compliance with GAAP/SEC regulations
- Lead cross-functional financial projects during off-peak hours
- Maintain accurate financial records using SAP and QuickBooks
- Collaborate with international teams across time zones
- Implement process improvements for night shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP compliance and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, QuickBooks, and Excel
- Proven experience managing month-end/quarter-end cycles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (6 PM - 2 AM)
