Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for executive review
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows and vendor communications
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
- Collaborate with day-time team on cross-functional financial projects
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
