Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and calculate deductions for taxes, benefits, and garnishments
- Ensure compliance with federal/state payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA, TN withholding)
- Prepare payroll reports for accounting and HR departments
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries via phone and email support
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) preparation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of employee data
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Willingness to complete paid 4-week training program
- Reliable transportation to downtown Memphis office
