Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) in QuickBooks or Xero.
- Process payroll and ensure tax compliance for multiple entities.
- Assist with annual tax preparation and financial audits.
- Reconcile credit card statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Communicate financial findings to clients and management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups) are highly preferred.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- CPA or Associate's degree in Accounting preferred but not mandatory.
