Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulatory standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
