Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
- Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis, for executive leadership.
- Assist in the development, tracking, and management of annual budgets and long-term forecasts.
- Identify key trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction or revenue growth across various departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project feasibility and evaluate financial impact.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Charts).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or financial modeling software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
