Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Prepare and present complex financial reports, variance analysis, and budget projections to senior management.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of annual operating budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business trends, product profitability, and market conditions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal reporting standards.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CFA or CPA certification is highly desirable.
