Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts supporting strategic business initiatives
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Lead month-end closing processes and ensure compliance with GAAP regulations
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to drive financial performance
- Mentor junior analysts and enhance team analytical capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
