Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis for business units
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to executive leadership
- Lead budgeting processes and provide strategic recommendations for cost optimization
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to inform financial strategy
- Develop KPI dashboards and automate reporting processes for real-time insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A valuation and due diligence
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex financial data
- Excellent presentation skills with experience communicating to C-suite executives
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and driving cost savings
