Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance trends and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership
- Develop complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Lead month-end close processes with rigorous variance analysis
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reporting using advanced Excel and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on M&A valuation and due diligence
- Optimize financial processes through automation and data-driven solutions
- Mentor junior analysts and improve department reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts
- CPA or CFA designation strongly preferred
